Zero Success Fee Options for Specific Claims
Understanding how funding works in serious-injury cases can be confusing. This section explains the different funding models used in the UK, including:

For eligible serious-injury claims, I work on a Zero Success Fee basis, meaning:
no success fee
no shortfalls
no percentage deductions
no reduction to interim payments
The only cost is the ATE premium:
£5,499 or £7,499 plus 12% IPT payable only if the case is worth more than £500,000, successful not payable if the case is unsuccessful. (For lower value claims, the fee is less)
